Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, returns and refunds cannot be offered.

In order to return the product you received; the product must be unused, the label must not be removed or torn off. The product to be returned must be in its original packaging.

Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene conditions.


Refunds


When we receive your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. After the product has been inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and your payment will be automatically credited to your credit card within a certain period of time depending on your bank.


Late or incomplete repayments


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

If you have done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@insafashion.com.tr.


Exchanges

Products can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If you want a size exchange on the same product, send us an e-mail at sales@insafashion.com.tr and send your product to the following address: Altınova Mahallesi Fuar Caddesi Buttim İş Merkezi Sitesi Buttim Çarşı No: 61 Interior Door No: 2071 Osmangazi / BURSA / TÜRKİYE.

When we receive the product, it enters the inspection process and if no defect is found, your money will be returned to your bank.
You can then buy the size you want again.


Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Altınova Mahallesi Fuar Caddesi Buttim İş Merkezi Sitesi Buttim Çarşı No: 61 Interier Door No: 2071 Osmangazi / BURSA / TÜRKİYE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
